Positions: the position must be copied in the clipboard and pasted between the [ pgn] prefix (remove the space between the brackets) and the [/pgn] suffix in this way: [ pgn][FEN "your position"][/pgn] .

In order to get the FEN position you can use softwares like Scid or Chessbase.
